Grow Enterprise Wales offers a range of training opportunities to help improve job prospects and increase work-readiness. Our training provision is affordable and can be delivered at our own purpose designed training wing or at your premises. We offer level 2 accredited training in health and safety, manual handling and food safety along with emergency first aid, paediatric first aid and the 3 day first aid at work certificate. These qualifications are all accredited by Highfield, the industry leader in compliance training.

 

In addition to the above, we also offer awareness training in asbestos and needles sticks and sharps

 

We are also proud of our CSCS card training and test facility; the only one in the area. We can offer a training package to suit you or your company, just give us a call and ask for Laura.

Ex-Offender Training

 

Grow Enterprise Wales (GrEW) recently set up a training facility at HMP Cardiff working towards reducing reoffending. Working towards reducing re-offending rates, GrEW offer training and employment opportunities to ex offenders. Sustained employment reduces reoffending by 50%

 

RCT Homes also plays a big part, working with ex-offenders to find suitable accommodation.
