That is why we are investing in creating an expanded leadership team and looking beyond the housing sector for customer experience, insight and commercial skills. Our Customers have told us they want staff to be more visible, be easier to contact and to better understand the estates they manage.

 

We are looking to develop our IT systems to offer greater efficiency and access to services and to drive out waste to release staff time and reinvest in front line service performance.  Our desire is to drive forward new and innovative ways to connect with our customers and to punch above our weight to really make our communities thrive.

 

Ultimately, our mission is to provide affordable homes and services that raise aspirations and tackle household poverty.
