Cleaning of communal areas in RCT Homes flats – currently 343 areas on a weekly basis
Grass Cutting
Grass cutting working with RCT Homes’ sheltered complexes and general needs areas
Void Clearances
Void clearances and preparation, working with RCT Homes’ Housing Maintenance Unit to prepare empty properties for new tenants.
Trainees gain valuable work experience on commercial contracts by working alongside various different contractors and suppliers on a regular basis.
GrEW values each and every success, it is not an achievement solely for the programme, but for the trainees that have worked hard to gain work experience, qualifications and the confidence to find employment.
GrEW operate a ‘real work experience, real jobs’ programme, this includes working on real contracts to gain valuable work experience as well as training and learning new skills.
GrEW services several commercial programmes with RCT Homes, this service allows for GrEW trainees to gain work experience whilst providing a valuable service to RCT Homes.
