We recognised the need to monitor the ‘soft measures’ that contribute to an individual’s employability. Working with GrEW, Meadow Prospect has developed a soft outcomes measurment tool called the Progress Tree™ to capture and monitor individuals employability attributes and are open to self interpretation but benefit from guiding templates and resources.
We track 6 employability characteristics. The Progress Tree focuses on six areas that are of key importance to developing employability, the assessed areas are:
- Motivation
- Following instructions
- Learning and doing new things
- Working in a team
- Time management
- Ambition and self confidence
